1. What the site does

Vibe Code Agent writes text files (an AGENTS.md, pointer files, work orders) and a checklist sheet from what you enter. It is operated by WeldonPC.com. It uses no AI and sends nothing to any other service.

2. Your files are yours

What you type and the files made from it belong to you. Use them however you like, including in commercial projects. The rule groups and stack-pack text written by this site may be used freely inside your files.

3. No warranty

The files, the Brief Check results and the ship-check sheet are given as they are. They are guidance, not professional, legal or security advice. A ship check that matches every point is not a promise that software is safe. Agents may not follow instructions exactly; always read what an agent changed before you use it. The site is not liable for what any agent or any software does.

4. The Shelf

A Shelf is opened by a private link with no account and no email. Anyone with the link can open the Shelf, and nobody, including us, can recover a lost link. Do not store passwords or keys in it; the site refuses text that looks like one. A Shelf not opened for 730 days is deleted, unless a Shelf Pass is running.

5. Shelf Pass

The Shelf Pass will cost $1.95 a month or $19.50 a year, paid through PayPal. During the preview there is no checkout and every Pass feature is free; nothing is charged. When checkout opens: you can cancel at any time in PayPal, and the Pass runs to the end of the period you paid for.

6. Fair use

Do not use the site to attack it or others, or to store unlawful content. Requests are rate-limited per connection to keep the site steady.
